Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers professional engagements offered by Think Beaconbase Co., Ltd., including procurement insight dashboard commissions, procurement data assessments, purchasing KPI workshops, and dashboard refresh work. It does not cover software product subscriptions or physical goods, which we do not sell on this site.

Deposits

Dashboard commissions and larger assessments typically require a deposit stated in the quotation (often thirty to fifty percent) to reserve discovery dates and begin data review. Workshops may require full prepayment or a booking deposit.

Cancellation by the client

If you cancel more than fourteen days before a scheduled workshop or discovery start date, we refund prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable travel already purchased with your approval. Cancellations within fourteen days may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent of the prepaid amount, or a credit toward a rescheduled date within six months, at our discretion based on work already started.

Work already started

Once data review, metric drafting, or prototype construction has begun under a signed scope, fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Unused later phases may be refunded proportionally or left as credit if you pause the engagement in writing.

Rescheduling

Workshop and on-site discovery dates may be rescheduled once without penalty when at least seven days’ notice is given. Later notice may incur a rescheduling fee to cover facilitator time already blocked.

No-shows

If key client participants do not attend a booked workshop without notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We may offer a reduced-rate makeup session if calendars allow.

Materials and third-party costs

Approved travel, printing, or venue costs already incurred are non-refundable. We do not purchase client ERP licenses; such costs remain outside our refunds.

Quality concerns

If a deliverable materially fails to match the signed scope, contact us within fourteen days of handover. We will remedy the gap at no additional charge or, where remedy is impractical, discuss a partial refund for the affected portion.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days after written approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available. Engagement agreements may add terms that apply to a specific project; where conflict exists, the signed agreement controls for that project.
