Registered business

The official registered business name is Think Beaconbase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 to help manufacturing groups in Thailand see purchasing performance with less guesswork and fewer decorative reports.

Early engagements focused on plant-level spend reviews for metal and packaging manufacturers near Suphan Buri. As groups asked for shared definitions across multiple sites, the practice grew into full procurement insight dashboard commissions — still delivered as human-led projects, grounded in the client’s own extracts.

Mission

Give procurement managers, buyers, and supply planners a working view of spend concentration, supplier reliability, lead-time ranges, and shortage queues that matches how their desks actually operate.

Working approach

We begin in the purchasing office or on a plant walkthrough. Metrics are written in plain language before charts are drawn. Prototypes are checked against a trusted closed-period report. Handover briefings use the client’s own order examples so night-shift supervisors and senior buyers can both navigate the views.

People

Our small team combines purchasing-domain facilitation with visualization craft. Engagements are led from Suphan Buri with travel to client plants across Thailand when discovery needs to happen beside the warehouse aisle.
